Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for cancellations made more than 15 days in advance of the scheduled service or delivery date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days in advance of the scheduled service or delivery date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the scheduled service or delivery date.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for products or services. If you wish to change your order, please cancel your existing order according to our cancellation policy and place a new order.
