The meetup spot is by the bathrooms next to the Kolob Reservoir Boat Ramp

From the bottom of Interstate 84 offramp #108, follow the river frontage road for 20-30 yards to the first available parking spot overlooking the river.  The meetup spot is next to the “Life Jackets Required” sign that you just drove past at the end of the metal guardrail.

The meetup spot is immediately across the street from the Wendy’s restaurant at 115 North 2^nd street, Evanston, Wyoming in a remote corner of the Murdock’s parking lot so as not to inconvenience Murdock’s shoppers while we meet.
